Medical Gas Supply Equipment Maintenance and Inspection Services
Based on the Notification of the Director of the Medical Administration Bureau, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Medical Administration No. 0906, ‘Safety Management of Medical Gases,’ we conduct inspections of medical gas supply equipment, including piping terminals, shut-off valves, manifolds, compressed air sources, suction devices, control panels, and alarm panels.
In addition, our experienced technicians, who have acquired specialized technical knowledge from various manufacturers, offer services ranging from preventive maintenance to overhauls, repairs, and updates for each facility, with a focus on preventive maintenance.
Qualifications
- Certified by the Medical-Related Services Promotion Foundation
- Completion of the Medical Gas Safety Management Technician Training Course (All Inspection Personnel)
- Responsible Person for High-Pressure Gas Sales
Medical gas supply systems have evolved through advanced technology and innovative approaches.
The introduction of smart technology
Medical gas supply systems are expected to utilize smart sensors and IoT (Internet of Things) technology to monitor the supply status, pressure, flow rate, and more in real-time. This is expected to improve supply stability and efficiency, ensuring that the required gases are provided when needed.
Automation and Remote Operation
Automation technology will be used to efficiently control and adjust gas supply. Additionally, remote operation allows for monitoring the gas supply system from inside and outside medical facilities and intervening as needed.
Enhanced Safety and Reliability
New safety measures and increased redundancy will improve the safety and reliability of medical gas supply systems. Mechanisms will be introduced to ensure a continuous supply even in emergencies, ensuring patient safety.
Energy Efficiency and Environmental Considerations
By leveraging automation technology, the control and adjustment of gas supply will become more efficient. Additionally, remote operation allows for monitoring the gas supply system from both inside and outside healthcare facilities, enabling interventions as needed. This contributes to energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
New Applications for Gases
In the field of healthcare, new applications for gases are being explored. For example, gases with sedative or therapeutic effects under specific conditions are being researched, and supply systems may be adapted to accommodate them.
